Interior Design for condo
SEAHILL CONDO (WEST COAST)
This young and dynamic couple has a deep affection for dog rescue and collectible toy. When consulting with us, they had some request. Foremost was a minimalist, clutter free space as having ample room to move around was essential to their pets well being + latitude for an expanding figurines collection and lastly a color palette that's warm and inviting.
266B COMPASSVALE BOW (HDB)
To nurture and accommodate Alan and Min Li's growing passion for cooking and love for hosting, we designed a kitchen with abundant cabinets and spacious counter top. We heard this is one of their beloved cat's favourite hangout space.
The master bathroom with matching mirror, light fixture and trimmings is sure to be a conversation starter.
475B YISHUN ST 44 (BTO)
There is beauty in simplicity.
This home with a wonderful mix of straight and curve lines, neutral palette gives off the most tranquil feel. It is said neutral color boost mental health, evokes a sense of calmness and helps one feel relax and sleep better at night. We think the couple Quan Long and Pei Wen can attest to that! We only wish we could adequately capture the feel with our photos!
619A TAMPINES St 61 (BTO)
Love can blossom in the most unlikely of places! Eric and Huina met at work and cemented their union the very Singaporean way, by applying for a BTO!
From conception to fruition, they have been heavily involved and communicative in their preferences and desires, which we are very thankful for.
235 YISHUN ST 21 (RESALE HDB)
In land scarce Singapore one of the question we ask ourselves frequently is; how do we optimize space. Stats suggest that each person requires 200 - 400 sq feet of living space to be adequately comfortable. How can we achieve a restful and homely space for Augustine and Amy's family of 8? Illusory perception is often experienced as a real percept. This means we can "make" room appear more spacious with the help of optical illusion. (i.e. a strategically placed mirror will make the room look larger)
REGENT HEIGHTS CONDO (BT BATOK)
Timeless classic interior design is the name of the game if you want something that doesn't go out of trend.
Classic style includes well constructed furnitures, clean silhouettes, neutral colors and minimal detailing.
What do you think?
We think Mr Roy and his family made an excellent choice.
